Two editions with independent selectors
Opening Parallel adds a second pane. Its edition selector was changed from KJV to WEBUS while the first pane stayed KJV. Each pane has an edition label and a close action.

Design takeaway
Give each edition a visible identity and a clear way to leave comparison. A passage URL can encode the secondary edition as well as the primary reference.
